DELIVERY
The products are sent out in either plain padded bags or boxes. Your products will be protectively wrapped and batteries included. The return address on the box or bag will be to Narcus Pty LTd, once again to avoid any awkward moments or embarrassment.

ORDERS
When you order we will do our best to get the products to you in the fastest turnaround time possible. If your chosen product is out of stock we will notify you or substitute the product with another if we have the same product in stock but in a different colour . Should The product not be available for a period of time we will upgrade your product with the next available product with your permission.

COLOUR
We may substitute your product for another in a different colour unless specified that you want a particular colour. This is simply to expedite the delivery process. We want to process your order as quickly as we can.
